master bedroom

Imagine waking up to the view of Lake Michigan from the new master bedroom. Or imagine using the large space (18 ft x 20 ft) as a children's bunkhouse--it is far enough away from the kitchen and dining room that adults can socialize without keeping the kids awake. The master bath connects to the master bedroom.

The large master bath houses a beautiful soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a custom made 60 inch vanity.

The luxurious Tyrrell & Laing soaking tub is 65 x 37.5 x 19 inches.

Open floor plan--kitchen, dining room, and living room

Start your day with breakfast and coffee while enjoying views of Lake Michigan from the kitchen, dining room, or expansive (30+ feet wide) living room. Three sets of Peachtree windows overlook the deck and the lake.

Looking west into the kitchen, which overlooks the deck and provides great views of the beach and lake.

Family/great room

The family room, located due south of the kitchen, provides another spot to see and hear Lake Michigan. Its generous dimensions (18 ft x 20 ft) will allow plenty of room for even a large group to spread out throughout the cottage. As it is currently under construction this spring, the pictures will be updated periodically to show the progress.

the deck

The deck extends the entire length of the cottage, a distance of at least 50 feet, and provides a spectacular view of Lake Michigan.
